       The Retreat offers flexible floor plans and nearly every conceivable optional feature and upgrade. Owners especially love the "as-you-like-it" area, which can be configured as a formal dining room, home office, third bedroom with full bath or something else entirely. What are the amenities at the Retreat?

      The monthly regime covers insurance, exterior maintenance and lawn care allowing owners ample time to explore Historic Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry. At home, owners enjoy swim and tennis club privileges and golfers enjoy preferred membership packages. The facilities at our Lowcountry golf communities include a club house, driving range, pro shop and putting green. Nature trails and 5 ½ acre lake also enhance owner's enjoyment of the community. Membership in an onsite fitness center is also available.

Association and Membership Fees?

      Charleston National Community Association fee is $303 annually and is paid by all homeowners in Charleston National. This fee maintains the community landscaping, lagoons, lakes and nature trails.

      Mandatory Social Membership in the Charleston National Country Club is $38.50 monthly. Members enjoy club house privileges, the pool and tennis club and weekly Members dinners and other special events.

      The Retreat at Charleston National Country Club Owners Association fee is approximately $160 monthly and covers landscaping, exterior maintenance and iinsurance, affording owners the "lock and go" lifestyle so desired by our active owners.
